What do you mean "Get Saved"?

The bible tells us in John 3:16 that "God so love the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

You see, every one of us are born sinners because of the fall of Adam and Eve. All of mankind is lost and doomed to an eternity in hell unless they give their hearts to Jesus Christ and let Him make them brand new.

In Romans 3:23 God says that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Every one of us are sinners whether we are good or not. We fall short of being able to be with God because we are born into this world a sinner. There is nothing we can do of our own to make it right.

God loved us so much He made a way for us to be together again through the blood of His Son Jesus Christ. This is called the Good News or the Gospel.

Romans 5:8 says..."but God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Basically He looked out into time and thought about you and me. I think He couldn't stand the thought of being separated from us his beloved creation for eternity. Even though we were lost, He still loved us. What an awesome God to have loved us so much He was willing to die for us to make a way for us to come back into fellowship with Him.

In Romans 6:23 God says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." You see our sin should have been punished, but God made a way in His mercy through Jesus Christ for us to be forgiven of our sins.

In John 14:6 Jesus said..."I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

If There's a Way, What Is It?

In Romans 10:9-13 God says that "if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Verse 10 says "for with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Verse 11 For the scripture says. "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame." Verse 12. "For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him."

Verse13" For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."

Verse 17 says "so then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God."

What all this is saying and what is happening is that the Lord has caused a hunger in your heart and you have heard the good news that Jesus loves you and died for you. Now there is faith stirring in your heart to believe He is who and what you have been searching for. He is what has been missing and He longs to fill the emptiness in your life with Himself and give you eternal and a brand new life which only He can. All you have to do is ask Him to be the Lord of your life right now.

Pray this prayer if you would like to make

Jesus the Lord and Savior of your life.

Jesus I confess that I am a sinner and I am lost without You. Forgive me for trying to run my own life. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior. I believe you died and rose from the dead for me so I could have eternal life. Thank you for taking my place. I am choosing to follow You from this day on and I confess You now as the Lord and Savior of my life. Amen

Now if you prayed that prayer you are literally a brand new person. The Bible actually says you are a brand new creature (something that never was before and your past is gone).

That's right you don't have a past, it has been erased by the blood Jesus shed on the cross. Praise God! Isn't that great news? You are starting over with a second chance and a brand new life. Now you will never be alone again because Jesus said He would never leave you or forsake you. He will stick closer than a brother.

Do you know also that you can talk to Him any time you want? This is called prayer. When you talk to Him listen and wait on Him because He will actually begin to speak to you too and show you all kinds of awesome things. He will also begin to reveal His love and the plans He has for you. You have just made an incredible decision that will affect the rest of your life for the good.

If you prayed that prayer you need to let us know so we can pray with you and help you in your next step with your new life.

It is so important for you to contact us.

You can do that by

Jesus loves you so much that He
